About the Role
Manage and develop the relationship of our in-market partners for the assigned territory and to continually oversee business plan’s alignment with our international strategy to ensure sustainable growth. The key is to work closely with our in-market partners to execute these plans, ensuring opportunities for incorporating products from both our Australian and New Zealand operations are highlighted.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement international marketing strategies: Aligning with overall business objectives and market dynamics.
· Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and develop entry strategies.
· Gather and analyse data on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
· Develop and execute global brand strategies to build and maintain brand reputation.
· Allocate resources effectively and ensure cost-efficiency in all marketing activities.
· Providing leadership and guidance.
· Foster collaboration and communication between International marketing teams and other departments.
· Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: Including distributors, retailers, and other partners.
· Secure favourable terms with external partners and agencies.
· Contribute to marketing materials so they can be effectively localized to resonate with target audiences.
· Represent the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
· International travel is required, approx. three months per year over a twelve-month period.
Skills and Competencies
· Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, International Business, or similar qualifications.
· Previous sales and marketing experience.
· Sound understanding of Export Processes or International Trade.
· Proven ability to build and maintain ethical relationships.
· Experience developing relationships with suppliers and partners internationally.
· Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to establish lasting relationships.
· Ability to continually monitor and assess how our international business can improve its internal engagement to ensure that all commercial objectives can be met.
· Experience in writing and implementing business plans.
