About the role

The Care Coordinator role is key to the success of our organisation. This position is for an experienced Aged Care senior nurse with leadership experience who will be reporting directly to the Clinical Manager. This role will also be part of the Management Team, so a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and experience.

Skills and experience

Proven aged care clinical leadership experience
Proven leadership qualities with a passion for coaching, supporting and empowering staff
Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
Registered Nurse registration with current APC
Values having fun at work and creating a positive, vibrant, environment for residents and staff.
Must be available to work one weekend day and to be on paid oncall.
