Avondale University is seeking a Faculty Officer on a part-time (29.5 hours per week) basis to join the team on the Lake Macquarie Campus.

The Faculty Officer provides high-level operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of academic schools (excluding Nursing & Health) at Avondale’s Lake Macquarie Campus. Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic), the role oversees a team of administrative staff and acts as a key liaison between schools and other university services.

To be successful in the Faculty Officer role, you will be an experienced administrator with a strong background in faculty operations, compliance, and team leadership. You will thrive in roles that require coordination, policy implementation and continuous improvement of administrative processes and have a passion for supporting both staff and students.

Salary: Avondale Higher Education Worker Level 6 $42.44 – $47.42 per hour, plus superannuation.
