THE OPPORTUNITY
Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking a Care Coordinator to join the Cooranbong team on a full-time basis.
The role of the Care Coordinator is to ensure the highest level of quality individualised care to our residential aged care consumers by leading staff, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the day to day care of residents.
ABOUT YOU
A key member of the Avondale Care leadership team and a qualified registered nurse, the role works closely with the Clinical Manager Avondale Care, Managers, Resident Nurses, Care staff and Client Services Officer to ensure occupancy, leadership of care staff and delivery of quality clinical care.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Demonstrated experience as an RN in a leadership position
Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged care and/or retirement living
Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools
Demonstrated skills and experience in:
Leading and supervising
Writing and reporting
Working with people
Planning and organising
Deciding and initiating action
Demonstrated experience in contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Current driver’s license.
Current AHPRA registration
Current NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Aged Care Industry vaccinations
