We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a full-time maternity cover with the possibility of extension, commencing in August this year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our organisation by fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth operational processes.
You will play a key role in supporting a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee documentation, and workplace initiatives. You will contribute to fostering a positive organisational culture through coordinating events and ensuring effective management of systems and processes. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help maintain and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
