You’ll work side by side with hiring managers across a diverse portfolio, within the aged care industry, to drive and develop talent strategies to attract the very best people and play a key role in shaping our recruitment approach to provide a seamless experience for our candidates whilst supporting our business to build a high-performing workforce.

To be successful in the role you'll need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, psychology in a related field or equivalent experience

• Proven experience as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Partner in a similar role 

• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, results driven approach to hiring top talent

• Knowledge of HRIS or recruitment systems is preferred

• A passion for delivering a great candidate experience and building employer brand

• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations

• Adapting and responding to change

• Planning and organising

• Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture and ASL’s signature behaviours of commitment, future, mission, respect and honesty.

• You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application and hold a current satisfactory NDIS Worker Clearance or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
