About the role
Join us as our Village Manager on a full-time basis and be valued for who you are.
You will be based at Avondale Village in the beautiful Cooranbong area surrounded by the Watagans National Park and work closely with the General Manager Independant Living, community residents, their significant others, and staff. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, while catering for the needs of new and existing residents.
About you – Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience in sales and working in a sales pipeline
Participating in and proven experience in generating leads, relationship building and networking
Demonstrated conflict resolution experience
Demonstrated experience in Retirement Village management
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data bases
Deciding and initiating action
Presenting and communicating information
Delivering results and exceptional customer experiences for our residents
Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture
NDIS Workers Clearance or willingness to obtain one
Current drivers license
