    ADRA Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Horticulture Leading Hand Supervisor who will enjoy the opportunity to use their organizational and people skills to provide appropriate supervision of trainees. The Horticulture Leading Hand Supervisor will have the ability to take environmental responsibility in all aspects of operation, offer practical care and attention to detail, be passionate and understand social justice and support community needs.  

    The primary role of Horticulture Leading Hand Supervisor is to supervise daily work and ensure work activities are scheduled and completed according to WHS requirements and in compliance with training and assessment which is provided and undertaken by the Registered Training Organisation's Trainer. It is expected that the Horticulture Leading Hand Supervisor will exercise due skill, care and diligence, demonstrate and promote confidentiality, punctuality, social justice, teamwork, commitment and transparency.
