Reporting to the Conference Secretary, you will be the operational heartbeat of our Administration team — managing communications, coordinating schedules, supporting events, and ensuring the office runs with professionalism and grace.
This position is for 36.25 hours over four and a half days per week.
We are looking for someone who:
- Passionate and committed to the ministry and mission of the organisation.
- Secretarial, Office Administration or related tertiary qualification.
- 2–3 years’ experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and a genuine team orientation.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Professional discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to show initiative.
- High-level computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
